The Virginia Mason Medical Center has a pretty great Cancer Institute. But not a lot of people know about it. We created awareness in a number of breakthrough ways.

Water soluble billboards. Over a month of testing inks, paints, and substrates to perfect, then the Seattle rain came through for us—washing away CANCER.
Graffiti billboards. Over a few weeks CANCER was covered in colorful graffiti. Each graffiti tag was the name of a Cancer Institute doctor.
Ice sculpture of the word CANCER that melted away over a single day. A powerful message for those affected by the disease who came across the sculpture.
Erase Cancer event bringing doctors and former patients together to share their stories.
The unremarkable can be pretty remarkable when you've lived through cancer. Real cancer survivors graciously agreed to be part of these commercials along with telling their stories through web content
